Apparently the store had just been reorganized because I was unable to find an attendant who knew where the receipt books were located. Eventually I approached an employee at the register who seemed to know that they were located in Aisle 13.
I have been to this location on several occasions and the young lady Kayla has been less then helpful but today was the worst experience I have ever had. I was shopping for my grandmother. She needed ink for a computer. I showed Kayla the product and ask where it was she pointed to the ink area..I told her I had no idea what I was looking for could she please walk me to it.Her response was I covering this area but fine..walks me to the area and taps the box and walks away. I asked for her name she said I don’t have to give you my name my manager is right there. Thank goodness for name tags. The manger then made excuses for her saying she having a bad day. I will no longer shop at this location. The manger sat there heard the conversation and didn’t step in until I confronted her. No wonder this store is always empty
The girl in copy department couldn't listen and messed up my prints of a email and charged me $15 because she charged me for the one's she messed up. And charged me for color prints when I asked for black and white.
Not a single employee offered assistance. Very slow service at the register. Limited stock for a supercenter. The good news is the store was clean.
Customer service was excellent! Back to school supplies on clearance but not Marked correctly. Donna was very helpful in finding the right pricing for my items.
Fortunately, a completely independent employee by the name of " Steve," opened up a separate check out lane... and I was out of there in no time. Thank you Steve
I did wait probably 10 minutes for check out as another register employee was exceedingly slow attempting to handle a Rewards Card of sorts for the the customer ahead of me.
